To begin: cleanse and tone your face as usual. Follow this by moisturising, but do not allow your moisturiser to absorb fully. Using the larger end of the facial roller try this (pressure should be light and comfortable):

Start at the centre of the chin. Roll along the jawline up to the hairline.
Next roll from the edge of the nose towards the ear.
Follow this by placing on the eyebrow and rolling out towards the temple.
Then again, starting at the eyebrows roll upwards to the hairline (do this all along the forehead).
Finally, starting in the center of the forehead, roll outwards towards the temples.

Turn the roller around, so the small end can be used (applying the same gentle and comfortable pressure as before). Place the roller near the inner corner of the eye. Roll over the eyelid and out towards the temples.

Repeat each move between 4-8 times.
